Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, automobile, and bicycle frames.

Vapor Honing & Sand Blasting

Vapor honing is a process of using water and glass beads to clean a metal surface. Best used for motorcycle parts as well as automobile parts. Combining water and abrasive together forms a slurry which is propelled at the part surface using compressed air. Abrasive selection is made based on desired surface roughness or aesthetical finish. Engine Services

Your engine should get serviced on an regular basis, keeping it healthy. It is recommended that you change the oil and filters every few rides to prevent dirt or dust from entering the engine’s oil and causing major problems. This will also extend the engine’s life and ultimately its efficiency. I have certifications with Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki, however I can service all makes and models of any off-road motorcycle.
