Popular Services

Here is a breakdown of the six most popular services I provide. If you don’t see what you need, please contact me.

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, automobile, and bicycle frames.

Traditionally, Powder Coat has been known as the go-to coating solution for automotive components, however, as of recent, Allout Powdercoating and Dan Newth have discovered and transitioned to Cerakote. Cerakote is compatible with more automotive and engine components thanks to its ultra-thin finish and high-temp tolerance. We have recently invested in the certification experience as well as the materials needed to perform such a service. We are well equiped to take care of any cerakoting need you may have. Inspections & Tune Ups

If you want your motorcycle’s engine to last and perform at its most optimum level, then this service is a must! From carb tuning, valve clearance inspection, top end, bottom end replacement, engine tuning, tire changing, to complete engine as well as motorcycle rebuild. Just to name a few. I am confident that there is no modern off-road motorcycle that I cannot fix or improve upon. I recommend getting your bike tuned up at least twice a year, depending on how often you ride. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Just fill out my contact form.

Vapor Honing & Sand Blasting

Vapor honing is a process of using water and glass beads to clean a metal surface. Best used for motorcycle parts as well as automobile parts. Combining water and abrasive together forms a slurry which is propelled at the part surface using compressed air. Abrasive selection is made based on desired surface roughness or aesthetical finish. Fill out my contact form to let me know what you are wanting done and I will respond ASAP!

Engine Services

Your engine should get serviced on an regular basis, keeping it healthy. It is recommended that you change the oil and filters every few rides to prevent dirt or dust from entering the engine’s oil and causing major problems. This will also extend the engine’s life and ultimately its efficiency. I have certifications with Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki, however I can service all makes and models of any off-road motorcycle.

Purchase Parts & Accessories

There is a myriad of ways to purchase parts for your motorcycle these days. The options can be a bit overwhelming. That is where I can help. I am a preferred vendor for Parts Unlimited, Western Power Sports and Tucker Rocky. I have access to all kinds of motorcycle accessories. Based on my customer’s needs, I know where to look, saving them time and money. I can either purchase the part for them or I can send direct links to them.
